Why should I join?
Whether you are a solo founder or within a team, experience tells us that we output more around others, those with the same ambition and drive. Schub space creates a transformative space, where unicorns are born.
What do I get as a Schub Resident?
Upfront investment of €25K in your business for 2% share.
Weekly 1:1 coaching meetings with proven, successful entrepreneurs.
Weekly meetings with fellow residents - a space for accountability.
Access to a unique resident entrepreneurial network.
Consistent knowledge sharing sessions amongst residents.
Regular speaker events, gaining insights from those that have ‘done this before’.
24/7 access to office space with unlimited coffee, private callboxes and a bookable meeting room.
What is the application process to become a Schub Resident?
Post initial interviews successful teams will move to Phase 1 - Prove Yourself. This is a remote working 4 week sprint, with a coaching session at the start and end.
From the teams in Phase 1, a selected few will be accepted into Phase 2 - Acceleration.
This phase 2 is 4 months in duration, with a Pitch Day at the end giving all residents the opportunity to present their idea to friendly angel investors.
How long is the Schub Intake?
The intake is for 4 months. At the end of the intake there is a Pitch Day.
The Pitch Day is a final presentation of progress, max 5 mins pitches per team to an audience of our peers and friendly angel investors.
Who do you accept into Schub Space & when can I join?
We accept founding individuals and teams that are in the early stage, ideally with a validated idea and those that are leveraging AI to maximise productivity. We have 2 batch intakes for new residents per year.
Are there terms of being a Schub Resident?
One time upfront investment of €25K (once your company is incepted) for 2% share, issued as a convertible note.
